The installer will create a folder named “Software Sampler” to hold all the files installed (some extensions, control panels, and Apple Menu Items will be installed in your system folder for MarcoPolo and Captivate). You may reduce the amount of space required by selecting only certain software samples. Click the Customize... button to select a custom installation.
Use the DRIVE button to select the drive where the files will be installed. Click the INSTALL button to begin the installation. As the files are installed, you will be prompted to insert the appropriate disk.
This installer is designed to install some Extensions, Control Panels, and Apple Menu Items automatically if you are using System 7 or later. Captivate, MacFlow, MarcoPolo, and Phyla require System 7 or later.
Note: Some virus-protection programs (GateKeeper, SAM, Virex, etc.) may warn you about some of the operations performed by the installer. This is normal. You should always give the installer permission to perform the requested operation. You may find it easier to disable any virus-protection programs before running the installer.
